In June 2007 I started, The Bible Study Place, which I hoped would become an online Bible study group, but I quickly became the only person commenting. While this was disappointing I found the exercise spiritually beneficial so I continued. Eleven years later, I finished working my way through every book in the Bible. Through the New Testament, (plus Ruth, Jonah and Haggai), I worked at the pace of one chapter a week and through the Old Testament, five chapters a week. During this time, I also read, Constable’s Commentary and added some of his insights.
