“And again, when God brings his firstborn into the world, he says, ‘Let all God’s angels worship him.’” Hebrews 1:6
The writer to the Hebrews is establishing that Jesus is God. In the past, God had spoken through his prophets but in Jesus, God has come down to earth, not as an angel since God’s angels don’t worship one of their own. “The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being” (verse 3). Yet he laid aside his divine attributes to be one of us (Philippians 2:7). He is indeed worthy of our worship.
