When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. (Genesis 3:6)
This is a pivotal verse. The whole world changed in a moment. Decay, death and devastation entered the world. However, one day, God will restore his world to a heavenly state. We will have a more intimate relationship with God because we’ve experienced the depth of his love and forgiveness.
