“I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace.” Acts 20:24
In this verse, we see how Paul understood his life and his call. As a bookkeeper, who had counted the cost of following Jesus. As a runner who was finishing his race, as a missionary who was completing his commission and as a witness who testified to the good news. He was clear about his values, his priorities and his mission.
