Short Devotion : Acts 14:15-16

“In the past, he let all nations go their own way. Yet he has not left himself without testimony” Acts 14:15-16

When people refuse to acknowledge God, he gives them over to their corrupt ways. Like the Father who lets his prodigal son go to a distant country, knowing that he would get involved in sinful activities (Luke 15:12-13). God gives people what they think they want in the hope they will come to their senses and realise God promises a much better future than they can manage for themselves. Furthermore, God won’t leave them without reminders of his goodness.
