“When he (Barnabas) arrived and saw what the grace of God had done, he was glad and encouraged them all to remain true to the Lord with all their hearts.” Acts 11:23
Barnabas had travelled from Jerusalem to Antioch. There must have been huge cultural differences between the church at Antioch which was made up of Greeks and the Jerusalem church which was mostly Jews. Yet what Barnabas noticed was God’s grace. He didn’t look at the differences but rather at what God was doing in their midst. Like Barnabas, let’s look for the impact of God’s grace on people.
