“Whoever would love life and see good days must keep their tongue from evil and their lips from deceitful speech. They must turn from evil and do good; they must seek peace and pursue it.” 1 Peter 3:11
Life is a precious gift. God expects us to love the life he has given us and to treat it with respect. Yet it takes faith. Faith to believe that a good God is running the universe and we can relax because he has everything under control. The pleasures of evil are short-lived, but God promises peace to those who pursue it.
