There are many surprises in the Bible. Many are surprised that God isn’t the killjoy they thought he was and that faith is the thing that impresses God the most. We can be surprised by the unpredictableness of Jesus, his family thinking him mad, or that he owned his own home. But perhaps most surprising is that our lives can be the surprise that brings others to Christ.
