Here’s how the study works: Read the chapters mentioned in the heading during the week and share any words, thoughts, verses that stood out to you. Having a week for several chapters creates the opportunity to revisit them and make additional comments as you feel inclined as well as make comments on other people’s insights.
46:25 The LORD Almighty, the God of Israel, says: "I am about to bring punishment on Amon god of Thebes, on Pharaoh, on Egypt and her gods and her kings, and on those who rely on Pharaoh."
It's likely that Egypt never heard this prophecy. It was intended to dissuade Judah from depending on Egypt for help, protection etc. but they did not heed its warning.

47:6-7 "Alas, sword of the LORD, how long till you rest? Return to your sheath; cease and be still. But how can it rest when the LORD has commanded it, when he has ordered it to attack Ashkelon and the coast?”
Jeremiah wanted the slaying to stop but he also remembered that the Lord had to complete judgement against Ashkelon. The final chapters of Jeremiah are not in chronological order.
(From Constable's Commentary) It was the sacking of Ashkelon at this time that moved the people in Jerusalem to fast during Jehoiakim's reign which led to the reading and burning of Jeremiah's scroll.

48:47 "Yet I will restore the fortunes of Moab in days to come," declares the Lord. Here ends the judgment on Moab.
Judgement on Moab was because of pride (v. 29-30), complacency (v. 11) and she defiled the Lord (v. 26 & 42). The same things can bring us undone.
Moab was restore after the exile.

49:6 “Yet afterward, I will restore the fortunes of the Ammonites,” declares the Lord.
49:39 "Yet I will restore the fortunes of Elam in days to come,” declares the Lord.
In this chapter two nations are promised restoration but we are not told why these two. Perhaps it's because God promised to bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse Israel.
Under the New Covenant we know God offers restoration to 'whoever believes in him' (John 3:16).

50:6-7 My people have been lost sheep; their shepherds have led them astray and caused them to roam on the mountains. They wandered over mountain and hill and forgot their own resting place. Whoever found them devoured them; their enemies said, ‘We are not guilty, for they sinned against the LORD, their verdant pasture, the LORD, the hope of their ancestors.’
The Lord is our hope, our verdant pasture. 'Their true place of rest' (TLB); 'habitation' (AMP); and 'true pasture' (MSG). He is our place of rest.
